AI Test Chat
Zupport provides a built-in test chat interface where you can interact with ZIA and evaluate its responses before enabling it on live channels.
How to Test
- Go to AI Agent → Test Chat
- Type sample customer questions in the chat input
- Review ZIA's responses for accuracy and tone
- Test with various question types — FAQs, product queries, complex scenarios
- Adjust your knowledge base or system context based on results
What to Test
- FAQ accuracy — Does ZIA answer common questions correctly?
- Tone and personality — Does the response match your brand voice?
- Edge cases — How does ZIA handle unusual or off-topic questions?
- Handoff scenarios — Does ZIA properly escalate to a human when needed?
- Multi-language — Test questions in different languages
Test with Custom Context
In the test chat, you can override the system context to experiment with different configurations. This lets you quickly iterate without changing your production settings.
💡 Tip: Before going live, have multiple team members test ZIA with realistic customer questions. Different perspectives help identify gaps in your training data.
