Customer Sidebar
When viewing a ticket, the customer sidebar on the right shows detailed information about the customer:
- 1. Name & email — Primary contact information
- 2. Phone number — If provided
- 3. Source channel — Which channel they contacted you from
- 4. Previous tickets — Full conversation history
- 5. Labels & tags — Customer-level labels
- 6. Custom fields — Any additional data you've captured
E-Commerce Data
For connected e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), the sidebar also shows:
- 1. Recent orders with status and tracking
- 2. Order totals and items
- 3. Customer lifetime value
- 4. Refund history
Editing Customer Info
Click on any field in the customer sidebar to edit it. Changes are saved automatically and apply across all tickets for that customer.
