Notification Types
Zupport sends notifications for the following events:
- New message — When a customer sends a new message
- New ticket — When a new ticket is created
- Ticket assignment — When a ticket is assigned to you
- @Mention — When you're mentioned in an internal note
- SLA breach — When a ticket is about to breach its SLA
Notification Channels
- In-app notifications — Bell icon in the top navigation with a badge count
- Desktop notifications — Browser push notifications
- Sound alerts — Audio notification for new messages
- Mobile push — Push notifications on the mobile app
Configuring Notifications
Each agent can customize their notification preferences in Account → Settings → Notifications:
- Toggle each notification type on or off
- Choose which channels to receive notifications on
- Set quiet hours to pause notifications during off-hours
💡 Tip: If you're using the desktop app, enable desktop notifications to receive alerts even when the app is minimized.
