Notifications

Stay on top of new messages, assignments, and mentions with configurable notifications.

Notification Types

Zupport sends notifications for the following events:

  • 1. New message — When a customer sends a new message
  • 2. New ticket — When a new ticket is created
  • 3. Ticket assignment — When a ticket is assigned to you
  • 4. @Mention — When you're mentioned in an internal note
  • 5. SLA breach — When a ticket is about to breach its SLA

Notification Channels

  • 1. In-app notifications — Bell icon in the top navigation with a badge count
  • 2. Desktop notifications — Browser push notifications
  • 3. Sound alerts — Audio notification for new messages
  • 4. Mobile push — Push notifications on the mobile app

Configuring Notifications

Each agent can customize their notification preferences in Account → Settings → Notifications:

  • 1. Toggle each notification type on or off
  • 2. Choose which channels to receive notifications on
  • 3. Set quiet hours to pause notifications during off-hours
💡 Tip: If you're using the desktop app, enable desktop notifications to receive alerts even when the app is minimized.
