Migration Process

Reach out to support@zupport.app to initiate the migration process. Our team will guide you through the steps.
Provide Zendesk API credentials
Share your Zendesk subdomain and API token with our team. This allows us to securely export your data from Zendesk.
Review migration preview
We'll run a test migration and share a preview report showing what data will be imported. Review and approve before we proceed.
Full migration
Once approved, we run the full migration. This typically takes 24-48 hours depending on data volume. Your Zendesk account continues to work normally during this time.
Verify and go live
After migration, verify your data in Zupport. Once you're satisfied, switch your support channels to point to Zupport.
