Setup Instructions

Go to Settings → Channels → TikTok Shop
Navigate to the TikTok Shop integration in Zupport settings.

Authorize your TikTok Shop
Click Connect TikTok Shop and complete the OAuth authorization flow to grant Zupport access to your TikTok Shop seller account.

Configure and test
Once connected, configure notification preferences and test by sending a message from a test buyer account.
💡 Note: TikTok Shop integration requires an approved TikTok Shop seller account. Ensure your shop is active and in good standing before connecting.
