Setup Instructions

Navigate to Settings → Channels → Lazada
Go to the Lazada integration in your Zupport settings.

Authorize your Lazada account
Click Connect Lazada and authorize Zupport to access your seller account through Lazada's OAuth flow.

Configure preferences
Set up auto-assignment rules, notification settings, and default labels for Lazada conversations.
💡 Tip: Lazada tokens expire periodically. Zupport automatically refreshes tokens when possible, but you may occasionally need to re-authorize the connection.
