Setup Instructions

Go to Settings → Channels → Shopee
Navigate to the Shopee integration in your Zupport settings.

Authorize your Shopee account
Click Connect Shopee. You'll be redirected to Shopee's authorization page to grant Zupport access to your seller account.

Select your shop
Choose the Shopee shop you want to connect. If you manage multiple shops, you can connect each one separately.

Configure settings
Set up auto-assignment rules and notification preferences for Shopee conversations.
💡 Tip: Shopee has strict response time requirements. Enable auto-reply for Shopee conversations to ensure you meet the platform's SLA and maintain your seller rating.
