Setup Instructions

Create an API integration in Magento
In your Magento Admin Panel, go to System → Integrations and create a new integration with the necessary API permissions.

Enter credentials in Zupport
Go to Settings → Integrations → Magento in Zupport. Enter your Magento store URL and API credentials.

Test and activate
Click Test Connection to verify the integration, then activate it to start syncing data.
💡 Note: Magento integration supports both Magento 2 (Open Source and Commerce) editions. Magento 1 is not supported.
