Update your personal profile, security settings, and preferences.

Profile Settings

Update your personal information visible to your team:

  • Name — Your display name
  • Email — Your login email address
  • Phone number — Contact number (optional)
  • Job title — Your role/title in the company
  • Avatar — Upload a profile picture

Security

  • Change password — Update your account password
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) — Enable 2FA for extra security
  • Active sessions — View and manage your active login sessions

Preferences

  • Notification preferences — Control which notifications you receive
  • Chat theme — Choose your preferred inbox theme
  • Shift settings — Set your working hours and available days
  • Away status — Toggle your availability

How to Access

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Account Settings. Or navigate directly to Settings → Account.

💡 Tip: Set up your shift schedule so Zupport can accurately calculate SLA metrics and avoid assigning tickets to you during off-hours.
