Channels

Manage your connected messaging channels and integration settings.

Managing Channels

The Channels settings page shows all your connected messaging channels and their current status. From here you can:

  • View connection status for each channel
  • Connect new channels
  • Disconnect or reconnect existing channels
  • Configure channel-specific settings

Channel Status

StatusMeaning
🟢 ConnectedChannel is active and receiving messages
🟡 ReconnectingTemporary issue, Zupport is attempting to reconnect
🔴 DisconnectedChannel needs to be re-authorized

Channel-Specific Settings

Each channel may have unique settings you can configure:

  • Auto-reply — Enable and customize auto-reply per channel
  • Assignment rules — Default assignee or team for new tickets
  • Labels — Auto-apply labels to tickets from this channel
  • AI agent — Enable/disable ZIA for this channel
💡 Tip: If a channel shows as disconnected, try reconnecting by clicking the Reconnect button. OAuth tokens occasionally expire and need to be refreshed.
