Setup Instructions

Navigate to Settings → Channels

Go to Settings → Channels in your Zupport dashboard.

Click "Connect Facebook"

Click the Connect button on the Facebook Messenger card. You'll be redirected to Meta's authorization flow.

Authorize Zupport

Log in with your Facebook account that has admin access to the Pages you want to connect. Grant Zupport the required permissions to manage messages.

Select your Pages

Choose which Facebook Pages you want to connect. You can connect multiple Pages to a single Zupport workspace.

How It Works

When a customer sends a message to your Facebook Page:

  1. Meta sends a webhook notification to Zupport
  2. A ticket is created or the existing conversation is updated
  3. Your team sees the message in the Zupport inbox
  4. Agents can reply directly — the response appears in Messenger
💡 Note: You need to be an admin of the Facebook Page to connect it. If you manage pages for clients, ensure you have the proper admin access before attempting to connect.
