Shopify Integration

Connect your Shopify store to Zupport for complete order context in every customer conversation.

Overview

The Shopify integration brings your store data directly into Zupport. View customer orders, process refunds, and access product information without leaving the inbox.

Setup Instructions

Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify

Navigate to the Shopify integration in your Zupport settings.

Enter your Shopify store URL

Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com) and click Connect.

Authorize in Shopify

You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the Zupport app. Review the permissions and click Install.

Configure sync settings

Choose what data to sync:

  • Orders — Import recent and new orders
  • Customers — Sync customer profiles
  • Products — Access product catalogue

Using Shopify Data in Tickets

Once connected, the customer sidebar in every ticket will show relevant Shopify data:

  • Recent orders with status and tracking
  • Order total and items
  • Customer lifetime value
  • Previous purchases
💡 Tip: Enable the AI order status automation so ZIA can automatically answer common queries like "Where is my order?" and "Can I get a refund?" using real-time Shopify data.
