Test the widget
Visit your website and click the chat icon to test. Send a test message and verify it appears in your Zupport inbox.
Email Follow-up
When a customer starts a widget conversation and leaves your website before receiving a reply, Zupport can send an email follow-up. If the customer provided their email in the pre-chat form, replies from your agents will also be sent via email through your configured@mail.zupport.app domain.
💡 Tip: Enable the pre-chat form to capture customer name and email before the chat starts. This helps you follow up even if the customer leaves your site.
